Welcome to Dominion Pool Group. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Dominion Pool Group, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Provided
Dominion Pool Group provides pool construction, renovation, maintenance, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom pool design and construction
- Pool renovation and remodeling
- Pool maintenance and cleaning
- Equipment installation and repair
- Consultation and project management
3. Contract Terms
All pool construction and renovation projects require a signed contract that outlines:
- Project scope and specifications
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Materials and labor costs
- Change order procedures
- Warranty information
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Generally:
- A deposit is required to begin work
- Progress payments are due at specified milestones
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We accept various payment methods as specified in contracts
5. Permits and Approvals
Unless otherwise specified in the contract:
- Dominion Pool Group will obtain necessary permits
- Customers are responsible for HOA approvals
- Any delays due to permit issues may affect project timeline
- Additional costs for permit modifications are customer's responsibility
6. Warranties
We provide warranties on our work as follows:
- Structural warranty: 2 years from completion
- Equipment warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
- Workmanship warranty: 1 year from completion
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Proper maintenance is required to maintain warranty
7. Limitation of Liability
Dominion Pool Group's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to existing structures not part of the project
- Issues arising from customer-provided materials
8. Change Orders
Any changes to the original contract must be:
- Requested in writing
- Approved by both parties
- Include cost and timeline adjustments
- Signed before work begins
9. Cancellation Policy
Project cancellation terms:
- Customer may cancel within 3 days of contract signing
- Cancellation after work begins incurs costs for completed work
- Materials ordered specifically for the project are non-refundable
- Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the contract
10. Safety and Access
During construction:
- Work areas are restricted to authorized personnel
- Customer must provide safe access to work areas
- Pets and children must be kept away from work zones
- Customer assumes responsibility for unauthorized access
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation first
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a last resort
- Texas state law governs all agreements
