President & Founder

Before launching Dominion Pool Group, Dan made waves in the corporate world, quickly rising through the ranks at a Fortune 500 company. But it was his entrepreneurial drive that led him back to Texas—and to building pools from the ground up (literally).

Over the past three decades, Dan has led the company with integrity, vision, and a hands-on approach that clients deeply respect. His leadership has helped turn Dominion Pool Group into a nationally recognized brand with over 4,000 pools built—and counting.

Debbie brings award-winning creativity and deep design expertise to every project. With 20+ years of experience and certifications from Genesis3, Debbie’s pools aren’t just functional—they’re breathtaking.

From smart water features to harmonious outdoor aesthetics, she ensures every detail flows beautifully. Her work has earned over 200 local and international design awards and a loyal client base across Texas.
