Dan Pendley started the company from his garage with a vision to create exceptional pools that transform backyards into personal retreats.

Debbie joined the team, bringing award-winning design expertise. Together, they revolutionized custom pool design in Texas.

Meet Dan & Debbie – The Heart of Dominion Pool Group

Passionate leaders with over 30 years of pool industry expertise

Dan Pendley

President & Founder

After earning a degree in marketing, economics, and finance, Dan Pendley began his career with a Fortune 500 company in Dallas. His leadership skills quickly led to promotions, taking him from San Antonio to New York, and then to San Francisco where he became the youngest Regional Sales Manager in the company's history.

After 5 years in the corporate world, Dan decided to follow his passion and start his own business. Back in Texas, he launched his first pool company from his garage. Over the next 30+ years, he and his wife Debbie built it into a nationally recognized, multi-million dollar company.

Today, they run Dominion Pool Group from their office in historic Montgomery, proudly serving Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.

Debbie Pendley

Master Designer

A nationally recognized pool designer, Debbie Pendley has more than 15 years of experience designing breathtaking pools, spas, and complete backyard environments. Working side-by-side with Dan, she has played a vital role in every stage of the business from concept to completion.

Debbie's design work has earned multiple regional and international awards, thanks to her artistic eye, attention to detail, and deep understanding of outdoor aesthetics. She has completed advanced training with Genesis3, an international leader in design education for watershapes and outdoor environments.

Originally from Tomball, Debbie has lived across Texas before settling in Conroe in 2013. Together with Dan, she opened Dominion Pool Group, Inc., focusing on creating custom pools and outdoor living spaces that reflect both style and function.
